TrainingToolz Use Case

Chameleon PDE is a start-up training and teaching resources company whose founders are experienced educational consultants. They wanted to supply primary and secondary school sectors nationally, and required a platform that could deliver lesson plans, planning resources and online training while supporting several online subscription models. They had a contract in place to supply Hull City Council’s schools, so needed to find a suitable delivery solution quickly.

As a new business, budgets were tight so the TrainingToolz team worked with them to develop an initial workflow and a minimum viable product to test the market and ensure their business model was correct.

The initial phases of the project were completed on time and to their strict budget, despite testing showing that some changes in approach were needed.

Chameleon PDE has already made market impact by distributing free tester information from the platform and signing up members. It is envisaged these members will convert to paying subscribers via the built-in paywall available through TrainingToolz.
