Radicalisation - Awareness Training for Schools

This course is part of the Library and is free to use with all annual education subscriptions. This is a training course based on supporting the counter-terrorism strategy Prevent in schools. Since the suicide bombings in London on July 7th 2005, work has taken place in communities to ensure that young people are not drawn into extremist behaviour, especially when using the Internet.

The course has been developed by Tim Pinto who has worked extensively with schools and education organisations, supporting them with e-safety and developing guidance documents and policies. Tim is a member of the Educational Advisory Board for CEOP and has worked with a number of different bodies training staff and developing resources.

This course should take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.
