Plan: We begin with a discovery call so we can get to know you, your business and your long and short-term training goals.
Create: Upload videos, images, audio, downloadable documents and more to compile your course. You can ask interactive questions at any time to test the candidate’s knowledge. On completion, they can download a certificate as proof of their new skills.
Share: Share your training at the click of a button via email, or provide access from your own Website. We can even build you a ‘hub’ where candidates can easily access a suite of training or you can integrate into your own systems via our powerful API.
Monitor: You can see at a glance who has finished which course and their responses. You can also send email reminders to people as the completion time draws near.
Whether you are a small organisation, start-up, charity or large company we work closely with you to tailor a solution to your specific needs.
We can help with everything from simple self service out-of-the-box solutions through to bespoke systems and integrations.
Solutions can start from as little as £75 per month.
We've had some really helpful Zoom calls with Ian to get some of the website development moving forward and he's been brilliant at explaining things to us so that we can make sense of things. As total novices when it comes to all things techy this is much appreciated!
It's really easy to set up and use, you can link audio, video and websites and it makes our training look amazing!
We are delighted with the overall service we have received in the creation of our learning platform. From the initial concept design through to ongoing support, the attention to detail and personalised support has been exemplary. We would strongly recommend TrainingToolz as a partner.
I would recommend TrainingToolz to any organisation looking for ways to train and up skill their workforce. TrainingToolz has revolutionised the way we train our whole team.
TrainingToolz has worked brilliantly for TREC GB's online training. The training team is over the moon to have found this platform, and will be able to roll out a number of short and longer format courses to train officials at every level.
We initially chose the TrainingToolz technology so we could run our own staff compliance training, for example safeguarding, Health & Safety, and data protection. The system was so simple to use that we were up and running within an hour.
The technology has been developed and deployed in the Education Technology sector for over a decade. It has enabled educational businesses to expand their training offering online, and hundreds of thousands of courses have been completed both in the UK and overseas.
In the past 24 months the technology has been opened out so that all organisations, from individual trainers to international groups, charities to trade organisations, can benefit from a simple and easy to use online training platform. Our customers and partners have been able to scale their businesses, expand their reach, and increase their revenue streams.
As a small, dynamic team we offer flexible technology that can be set up to fit the differing needs of our customers. Our platforms are all based on a subscription model so there are no big upfront costs, and no long term tie-ins.
We continue to innovate our platforms and technologies, opening up more opportunities for ourselves and our customers and partners.
We’re proud of our personal approach and feedback from our happy customers suggest they like it too!
We understand that every organisation is different, and each has a variety of requirements. That is why our directors personally listen to your ideas and aims, then work with you to find the best option. The result is a solution that will meet your organisation’s needs.
The personal service doesn’t stop when your training is up and running. Our team is available by phone or email to support you at any time during your subscription.

After receiving business angel funding for gapwork.com, Kirsty went on to buy out the investors three years later, and create an online publishing business that included a portfolio of advertising and subscription-driven Websites in the travel and education sectors.
As well as her online publishing experience, Kirsty has had a business book published by Bloomsbury, a series of travel books published by Harper Collins and a range of children's books published by Random House. Kirsty has been a finalist in, and judged, the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year awards.
As CSO, Kirsty is responsible for business development and strategic partnerships.
“Kirsty is an intelligent, hard working and market aware woman. She is target and time driven, flexible, understands value as well as cost and is aware of the needs of her investors and customers. My investment with Kirsty ran exactly to schedule which is quite unusual. We had regular meetings and discussions which lead to decisions, and the company grew in line with its targets. When the company had sufficient financial strength the Management bought out the investors at a premium as per the original agreement. I would happily invest with her again.”
